Part one from earlier this year focussed on Polish punk but this time around we looked at Polish post punk/cold wave, with an emphasis on the state run record label Tonpress Records; a label that despite being government controlled put out some amazing punk and post punk releases which are the equal of the best music coming out of the UK and elsewhere during the same period.
