Generating Steam Heat radio show 24.07.18 (C86/Indie Pop Special pt1)

On this weeks show we finally got around to covering a theme that we've wanted to do since day one of Generating Steam Heat.

We were joined by indiepopologist Rob Hopkins for the first part of a two part special looking at the mid 80's C86/Indie Pop scene.

For part one Rob guided us through the music of some prime bands from the scene as well as some influences from the legendary Postcard Records and early 80's UK independent label boom.
